Rivermead Global Property are independent property consultants specialising in sourcing properties in both the UK and overseas. They are based in Basepoint Business Centre Swindon. They work with their clients throughout the whole process of buying property, whether it is their dream holiday home or part of their investment portfolio. They source and present properties that meet their client's needs and have been through a due diligence program (land ownership, building licences, permission to build etc).
Helping clients to research the overseas property market free of charge before having to part with any money, the company provides independent advice with a tailored search. Using their knowledge of the overseas markets and expert staff, the service is intended to make the whole process as easy, risk free and as enjoyable as possible.
Rivermead Global Property has an expanding network of clients, located throughout the world, including large organisations and groups of investors.

After problems with the agent i brought off, neil stepped up to the mark and has helped us all to deal with the situation, which would be so much worse if he hadn't helped out, although i am not a client of his i would recommend neil. He is so hardworking, honest, decent, friendly, nothing is too much for him. He always answers emails promptly and has saved my sanity, and for all this work he has never asked for a penny. 5.0 out of 5 | Well what can you say about Neil Hollingsworth at Rivermead. Neil has been outstanding from day one when we met him at the place in the sun exhibition. He is HONEST, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY & PROFESSIONAL. We have spoke to Neil on Sundays and late in the evening (although I'm sure he wouldn't want people to do this!) and he always comes back with the answer for you if he doesn't know it when you speak to him. Nothing is too much trouble and with the natural anxiey that comes with any overseas property purchase having an agent like Neil makes it all worry free. Next time I purchase abroad I will only use Neil & I would recommend his services to anyone! |

Neil is first and foremost a gentleman and I can't praise him highly enough. As a moderator on a well known property forum I've seen the level of service he provides to those who aren't even his clients so I was keen to buy our next property through him. Neil's been patient with me through the whole process of finding the right property, providing lots of information from start to finish.
