Recent customer reviews | 1.35 1.3 out of 5 - My husband and I visited Ringways restaurant near to manchester airport on sunday 28th April. 2010. We ordered food. We were served with our drinks and then waited 35 minutes and no food arrived. We waited a while longer and then decided to enquire. Our waitress had been talking to friends for most of the time were were sat there.
My husband is diabetic and needed to eat because he had had his medication . he approached the counter. he overheard the chef saying " tell them I have lost the ticket and it will be there in 10 minutes.We had to go home quickly to get food for my husband.
Needless to say we wont be going ro ringways restaurant again.

| 2.05 2.0 out of 5 - I rarely bother to rate things online on websites like this but I felt I owed it to other people to do so this time! We received terrible service. We were waiting for a good five minutes before we were shown to a table (which was dirty and not set properly). The waitress then disappeared and didn't return; we had to ask another waitress for a menu about 10 minutes later. The food didn't take long to arrive, however both our meals were cold. I had chicken, which tasted nice (would've been nicer if it was hot), something that resembled mashed potato and veg (which, admittedly, were lovely). My husband had more bones than fish in his fish and chips lunch. We ordered coffee that was barely warm, too. After we'd finished eating (which didn't take long because we left most of it), no waiting staff bothered to take our plates, ask how the meal was, nothing. I had to go to the main till to ask to pay my bill! Never going back there again. I might understand bad service if they were short-staffed and busy, but they were neither.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - Excellent, unique views whilst eating very nice food at a price that was very reasonable considering the location. Been a couple of times now and the staff have always been nice and friendly. An excellent addition to the Aviation Viewing Park. Strongly recommended!
