I sold my house in 7 weeks on this site and I used the premium service that I personally thought was very competitive.

I would recommend Right-Homes.co.uk to everyone selling their house. I also had an estate agency and because of the contract I had I didn't have to pay them a penny when my house sold. James from right homes told me about the options I had and e-mailed me my options so me and my wife could decide weather we wanted to use them. There was no pressure to sell with them at all.

Also because you just pay the advertising fee there isn't any commissions to pay. We saw our property in the local press and the sunday times.
