The award winning Richard Summersby has been working as one of Newbury's leading photographers for more than 20 years. Using the finest optical and digital equipment available, he has captured thousands of enduring, beautiful images at weddings, on location and in his studio. Richards aim is to provide an unrivalled service, planned in detail to give everlasting memories.

Arranging a wedding can be a daunting, stressful time. Richard can offer the benefit of years of experience to alleviate the worries of the big day. He will give a service that will provide dynamic reportage shots contrasting with striking traditional images in colour and monochrome, all tailored to suit your exact requirements. Richards love of photography and his creative side are expressed in his portraiture whether working in the studio or on location. He has the ability to develop a relaxed atmosphere enabling his subjects to really enjoy the experience and deliver fabulous results.

Richard is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain, an Associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography and an associate of the Master Photographers Association.

Prior to turning professional, some twelve years ago, Richard was one of the countries leading amateur photographers. He won the Amateur Photographer's prestigious Triple Crown competition for Monochrome work two years running. (The only person to achieve this. ) His work has been widely published in the leading photographic press along with many articles about aspects of his art.
