Response Heating Services is owned and managed by ex Scottish Gas engineer Willie Morton. With premises in Edinburgh, Response delivers a safe, reliable, cost effective services to customers throughout Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and East Central Scotland.
Response design and install new energy saving ‘A- rated’ heating systems and are condensing combi boiler specialists. They also specialise in powerflushing, install magnetic system filters, and energy saving controls.
Response also offer fixed price boiler repairs, servicing and landlords gas safety inspections.
Helping customers to save money and beat rising energy costs, the business provides domestic householders with a professional heating installation service. With state of the art Worcester-Bosch condensing boilers and 7 year warranties, the new Response Heating Services systems are designed to improve performance and efficiency, reducing your gas bills by up to 35 percent and cutting maintenance costs over the period by around 1500 pounds.
The business is managed by Willie Morton who has been working in the central heating services market for many years.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Willie has installed a complete central heating system with new boiler in our flat. He also has moved a gas pipe leading to the kitchen as well new installment of a gas pipe feeding our new gas fire. Our flat was build 1860 and to make matters worse we have really old floorboards he had to fight with. The work was done within a week. Quality and customer service was exceptional. A little problem was solved in no time the best possible way.

The work was carried out efficiently and despite being more complicated than expected it was done as quickly as possible and with minimal disruption. Willie always ensured we had water and gas overnight and tidied up at the end of each day. He explained the controls thoroughly and even returned free of charge to fix an electrical problem that we had created after the job was finished.

Service was excellent. Willie turned up as agreed at set date and time and all work carried out cleanly, quietly and quickly. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

Willie turned up when promised and worked very conscientiously. He was very pleasant to deal with and went well beyond the call of duty, especially when sorting out the pipework. The resulting installation seems excellent, especially in the flow of hot water which was unimaginable with the old system.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Wullie and his team installed a new complete central heating system in our flat as part of a full refurbishment programme including a Worchester 25si Combi Boiler with a wireless control system. Despite the fact that there were other trades working in our flat Wullie managed to co-ordinate his works around the others with ease and installed our new system quickly and without fuss.
The level of commitment and professionalism shown whilst carrying out the works was excellent and Wullie was informative throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend using Response and will be using there services again in the future as our Heating Guy of choice.

The new condensing boiler could not go in the same place as the basement one, so he had to replace and extend the main gas supply. He spent a considerable time looking at the different options for this before planning the least disruptive route.
Efficient, helpful and courteous throughout, all at a competitive price.
