Graham is very professional and friendly which makes each session enjoyable rather than a chore. The fact that there is only a small group there at any time also means you get to meet other members making the whole gym a more social place rather than the anonymous feeling you get at larger gyms.

I certainly feel the two sessions that I have usually managed to fit in each week have certainly benefited my overall level of fitness and allowed me to shed a few unwanted pounds/kilos. Although initially I thought the monthly subscription was somewhat higher than I was expecting to pay, I now believe that the outcomes have made me believe that this is 'good value for money'. The friendly and attentive staff have made exercise almost pleasurable!

Would recommend the team down there to anyone. If you want something different from the big busy gyms, this is your best bet.

Having access to a personal trainer has made a huge difference to my fitness levels/goals (I even ran my first half-marathon last year having been convinced I couldn't run at all!). Graham has always made workouts challenging yet is sensitive to individual's abilities, tailoring sessions accordingly. The gym environment is not threatening or intimidating, attracting a wide range of clients - so you never feel out of place! I will continue to recommend ReSET fitness for it's unique membership options and of course for the exceptional customer service offered!
