We used CC Transport to move home in February and I can honestly say we had a very good experience, from them turning up on time, looking after carpets in old and new home, and the best packing of our belongings that I have ever seen, lots of care. All boxes in the right place, which let myself and partner crack on with starting to empty boxes, and decorate. Will recommend and also use again in the future. Top Job.
Used collect and deliver service to put household goods into storage facility before going abroad. Very efficient service. Polite and friendly. The gentlemen suggested I use a smaller storage unit which worked and saved me money. Would highly recommend.
Punctual, friendly,efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, including taking doors off and on to move the large fridge-freezer. They were totally professional and helpful, making the move stress-free. We will be using them again.

From the outset Chris did everything he said he would, which kept me in the comfort zone through a very stressful relocation to France. He and his team were warm, funny, hard working and appreciative of the various cups of tea with which we kept them the supplied - the least we could do. The job was cancelled so can't comment on vfm or quality. Having agreed the date of 1st December, CC contacted me to explain that they would have to cancel as they now had a bigger job to deal with! Very unhelpful when you're trying to get everything arranged for a house move. I hopefully have time to find someone else but it is just added hassle that I could really do without.
Company response : Mr Horsler, As I explained in my email to you we do have a very large office move over in France prior to your move. The size vehicle you booked (LWB Van) was due to come back from France the day before your job but our client in France changed the job profile due to a Health and Safety issue with the weight of the vehicles. This meant that the size of vehicle booked for your job would not be back from France in time. As soon as this issue became apparent I emailed you to give you plenty of time to book another company (3 weeks) and to apologise. This is completly unpresidented for us and if there was any way we could have covered you job we would have. Once again I am sorry for any hassle caused.
