| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I used refresh for the first time this week to repair a problem with my laptop that was proving challenging. The whole team were great - they explained thoroughly what they thought would be required, giving me up front quotes and calling me to confirm the work needed.
My laptop required a new keyboard. This issue had caused my laptop to require a complete system restore and the team backed up all of my pictures and made sure they were not lost.
My first ever repair required and it was a trouble free and a 'refreshing' experience.

1. They cleaned up and did refresh my ageing computer.
2. Cheacked my computer due to problem showing up and diagnosed hard drive problem. They then sourced and provided a lap top to suit my needs and come otu with it to familarise me whith it.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Had a problem with my laptop, PC world saved onto a disc then wiped drive clean but very important files were not on disc. Took to Refresh It and they said it hadn't been wiped clean completely and found nearly all of my important files.
They also have given good advice over the phone when I have had a small query.

He calmly sorted out all the problems, updating it, provided an anti virus programme etc all at a reasonable price. It was carried out with patience, speed and understanding of someone who has very little technical knowledge. I continue to use Refresh for all my computer problems and have no hesitation in recommending Refresh to others.
