I had to call before I ordered just to confirm that what I was ordering was right for me. The knowlage of the sales assistant and help I received was fantastic. I placed my order late friday and received it Monday. First class service - will use for future equipment and would not hesitate to recommend Red Door VR. :-).

The service I received was first class, I originally ordered the panoMAXX but realised that although a very good bit of kit, I would have to bite the bullet and get the NN4. Dealing with your order online, over the phone or both, including returns is simple and I found the staff to be most helpful.

After a lot of hassle and flat out no communication with a different company, I decided to order my Nodal Ninja Ultimate M1-s from Red Door VR and was not let down at any stage of the process. In fact, I received the item in less than 24 hours from placing the order, with the 'fast and furious' shipping option. Tony was extremely helpful and communicative, and I count myself as a very happy customer.

The item was very well packaged and already built together to allow easy set up for me. I could not recommend Red Door VR highly enough, and will certainly be returning for future purchases.

Items arrived next day, were well packed and just what was ordered. The gigapan Epic Pro now has a more robust camera attachment than the original version.

Purchased GigaPan Epic Pro from Red Door. 5* pro service and very helpful and informative in dealing with my questions about product over the phone. Delivery was swift with order tracking (28hrs from ordering) and very well packaged. Will definitely purchase from Red Door again when need arises.

As for the product (GigaPan Epic Pro) it works straight out of the box. Easy to follow basic instructions enabled me to create small test panorama in 15 minutes. One minor gripe is the GigaPan Stitch software which instead of being supplied on a CD is a register and download process and then only gives you the EFX add on upgrade as a 14 day trial. I think this is a bit of a con on GigaPan's part considering the price of the hardware. My advice to someone new to this is to purchase Kolor Autopano Giga software which myself and most of the people I know working in this large format use for stitching our images.

Ordered a GigaPan EPIC Pro from Red Door VR the other week, unfortunately they did not have in in stock at the moment. But I was kept well informed at all times as to when to expect delivery. Very friendly service and after I received the item, very happy with it and would not hesitate to use Red Door VR again in the future, if/when I need to purchase equipment.
