The company provides a range of surveying services including building surveys, homebuyer reports, party wall advice, defect analysis and specifications for repair, alteration or extension works. Architectural works are carried out by Real design, a sister company.
The property reports contain practical advice. Each survey includes a CD of photographs taken during the inspection, enabling the purchaser to see exactly what the surveyor has seen - often assisting in negotiations. Standard paragraphs are not used. Bespoke reports are individually dictated.
