Adults are very welcome. More and more men and women are enrolling at the karate school.
Tuition is provided from a sports college PE teacher who has 16 years martial arts experience, a degree in sports studies and national governing body qualifications in a number of sports.
Improve your self-confidence, gain a non-quitting spirit, have respect for yourself and others. On top of this the club will improve your fitness and learn hoe to look after yourself. RDH Wado Ryu Karate School is fully affiliated to CEWKA and NAKMAS National Governing Body.
