We had real problems with the company who delivered the kitchen, and he was very patient in waiting for parts to arrive and has come back many times to deal with the problems caused by the company. His colleagues work hard and he ensures that their work is of a high standard.
I will be using Ray again for future projects on our house as he will stay late to get jobs done. Thoroughly recommended!

Apart from delays with the suppliers, the process of taking out the old and moving back in to the new, took less than 2 weeks. | 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - Had a complete kitchen refit, floor to ceiling. Work included kitchen removal / refit, plastering, electrics, plumbing, decorating, flooring, moving a boiler and brickwork. Cheapest quote by some distance - close to 50% compared with others. Very impressed with Ray's attitude and keen to deliver, when asked he just gets on with it. Nothing was ever too much trouble. After being burnt by lacklustre tradesmen in the past its refreshing to see someone take pride in their job and work to the customers needs. I have a bathroom project coming up and wouldn't hesitate to get another quote. Keep it up!

The finished work was a great improvement on previous installation, and Matt's tiling was to a very high standard. The quote was exceptional value and Ray and his team were very hard-working, polite and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Ray also came back to fit a vanity unit to our downstairs cloakroom, easily overcoming unexpected problems. Would thoroughly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use RC Installations again!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Had a complete new bathroom fitted. Throughout the whole process Ray was extremely helpful and accommodating. He offered advise at the planning process which was really useful. We had some problems/technical issues with the products that we purchased separately, but Ray was able to overcome all of these with real patience. He also did additional work for us once he was on-site. Also very quick workers. So much easier to have someone co-ordinate all the tradesmen for you, with very little downtime.
Really pleased with the final result and would thoroughly recommend him.
