The office staff were more than helpful. The plumber was on time friendly, carried out his work to a high standard and left no mess (which is unusual).

As for value i got what i paid for, which was reasonable.

They arrived with an hour, when i booked an appointment between 2pm - 4pm, the engineer was very polite and he was very eficented and it exceptionally good value for the service to my taps.

I had a severe blocked drain that was effecting all of the facilities in my property and with two young children it was a nightmare. I'd seen the tv advert for Rapidfix and made a note of the web address for such emergencies. I went online and used the website to choose my appointment time and get a price then even pay. I received a call to confirm then within about an hour and a half the drainage guy turned up. He was straight to the point and had my drains running within 20 minutes. I would definitely use this service again very easy and efficient.

I had a leak which was coming from bathroom and through my ceiling, I called rapidfix and they advised to switch my water off and arrived about an hour later, they repaired my leak(which was from the waste pipe under my bath, so it emptied out anyway) and then called my house insurance to do see if they could fix my ceiling and floor boards - which they agreed and all was done the following day. Good service! Vey Pleased!
