Beautiful Bespoke Wedding and Celebration cakes are delivered to some of the most prestigious hotels throughout London and the surrounding counties. The company is based in Norbury, South London.
The company is owned and managed by Rachel who has been working in the world of Design and Interiors for many years. Her eye for detail and a love of the sweet and delicious, led to the wicked combination that is now known as Rachelle's. Rachelle's makes anything from Wedding, celebration cakes, cookies, mini cakes, favours and cupcakes. Unique, classic or contemporary. Only the finest ingredients are used and every cake that leaves the kitchen is perfection. A personal design consultation and taster session will leave any client satisfied that the cake will be a stunning centre piece for their special event.
Rachel was extremely helpful right from the beginning of our discussions and the cake she made for us was perfect (and tasted amazing). She incorporated the paper flowers I'd used in the table decorations and place names and made them look better than I'd thought possible.
I came across Rachelle's Cakes whilst doing a Google search. I was looking for someone who could envisage what I what I wanted and Rachel got it straight away. The cakes were beautiful and tasted amazing. Everyone raved about it!
I was making a suprise lunch for a very dear friend of mine and decided to get a cake made for the occassion.

I was rather worried as I had obviously never used her before and didnt have time for a tasting!!! But Rachel from the start could not have been more helpfull and more organized. She delivered the cake and it was just so beautiful , the extrodinary work and attention to detail were just wonderful and we all just could not believe how beautiful it was. The Birthday girl was bowled over and I cant recomend Rachele's work enough.... Not only was it just exquisite it also tasted out of this world....

I’ve taken quite a few classes this past year and Rachel’s Mini Cakes was one of my favourite! In one day, you learn so much from the basics of covering mini cakes to more complicated decorating techniques like flower making, piping gold finishing and brush embroidery. Most classes only cover one of these things! Rachel is a wonderful teacher – she’s clear, doesn’t rush you and answers all your questions giving insight to the world of a professional. You learn a lot from her techniques and leave the class thinking this was totally worth it!!
I expected the cake to be good but it was absolutely delicious! All my guests loved the cake, and some said was the best wedding cake they ever had, and it was, at least for me! The marzipan icing was gorgeous and really added to the cake. The service was perfect, not even a bad thing to say about it. Rachel was very attentive and the cake was delivered on time and beautifully made. Very happy with my choice.
I came across Rachelle's when I was searching the internet for a wedding cake maker for our wedding in central London. There was a huge selection of designs on the website and I liked that the pricing was clear and easy to understand. Right from the off-set, Rachel was efficient and helpful – I submitted my initial enquiry via the website on a Sunday morning and got a phone call back within the hour to discuss my requirements! I fell in love with a design I saw on the website, and when I went for the tasting, I went with ideas about how to tailor the cake design, but Rachel was honest enough let me know which ideas wouldn’t work and made other suggestions. The cakes I tried at that tasting were amazing and in the end we chose both fruit and sponge tiers for our cake. In the run up to the wedding, Rachel was always in touch when she promised and liaised with the Wedding Co-ordinator at the Reception venue and made all the arrangements to deliver and set up the cake without me having to be involved - a supplier you can trust and rely on is so valuable when you have a million and one other things to be sorting out! The cake looked stunning on the day, all our guests commented on how beautiful it was and more importantly, it tasted wonderful! Most of the cake was eaten at the wedding, and 8 weeks on we only have a small piece of fruit cake left which we are savouring. I also chose to order mini fruit cakes designed to match the main cake which we have given to family and friends who weren’t able to attend the wedding, and they have gone down a treat! I would highly recommend Rachelle's for wonderful cakes and service to match.
Wow, our wedding cake was a superstar! We can't thank rachel enough, it was exactly what we wanted. Only much better in reality, and by far the best fruit cake we've ever tasted! I've saved as many of the decorations as I could, they were perfect, we were so pleased and we hugely appreciate the skills and. Professionalism that went into creating a very special memory. Dear Rachel, We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wedding cake you made us. It was absolutely perfect!! Our photographer has been in the wedding business for 6 years and said she has never seen such an amazing cake, she was totally blown away by it! Also, all of the admin in the lead up to the wedding and the delivery on the morning was seamless which took away all of the stress for us. So thank you so so much, we couldn't be happier that we chose to have you make the cake, it was perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to everyone.
Rachel created an incredible 6 tiered neon rainbow-coloured wedding cake for us (1 dummy, 3 chocolate and raspberry and 2 lemon with multicoloured buttercream icing dots). It was equal parts delicious and jaw-droppingly amazing looking!! Rachel was wonderful throughout the process, she completely listened to my vague ramblings about what I wanted and then created a cake beyond my wildest dreams. All our guests couldn't stop talking about the cake and every last morsel was eaten - it was so tasty. I can't thank you enough Rachel and will certainly be recommending you to everyone I know.
