5.0 out of 5 | I Just came back from my holidays in sharm el sheikh, i was supposed to be going with Globespan but thanks to r-travel they rebooked me a holiday right away and i didnt have to pay a penny, they made my year as i really needed this break, will definitely book with them again,

4.3 out of 5 | went to egypt with r-travel holiday was excellent, unfortunately our flight company went into liquidation Globespan.
Obviously we were panicking as to how we were getting back home. Within 24 hours Louise and Jason had organised a flight back home with overnight accommodation in Gatwick. Okay we did lose 3 days holiday but i think it was more important to get their customers home, they could have left us to pay for flights back which happened to my brother and other friends who were there at same time as us.
Cannot fault this company in any way.

1.0 out of 5 | I booked a holiday in october through this company R-Travel perth, the holiday was the worst experience of my life. I have now found that the travel agent is as poor as the product they sell. They promise to investigate complaints with in 28 days but don't respond after the initial letter you recieve. I have now waited 83 days and the only responce i got was( we are investigating).
