5.0 out of 5 | As a company we invest a considerable amount of resources in health and safety. Prior to engaging consultants we already had an up to date management system and health and safety policy in place and in order to allow more time for the management of Safety, Health and Environmental issues concluded that we should outsource risk management inspections.
In addition to Health and Safety and Fire Safety risk assessments we were also keen to ensure that our preparations for the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act were on track. We therefore looked for a consultancy capable of carrying out all three visits in one, causing minimal disruption to tenants. Whilst value for money was important it was essential that the chosen consultancy had experienced consultants who had knowledge of the property industry. QRM were able to cater for all these requirements.
Following their visits to buildings across our portfolio, QRM produced health and safety and fire safety risk assessments and compliance reports with both practical recommendations and, where appropriate, alternative solutions, checklists for tenants to help them ensure compliance with fire certificates and workable suggestions to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.

Quantum arrived on time and carried out the assesment in a thorough and extremely polite and professional manner.
If in the future I ever need similar services Quantum will definitely be the people I contact.
