They explain things very fully and are also very clear in their charging strategy. It is a no nonsense, clear and affordable process that de-mystifies web management. What I really like about ProPraxis is the clarity, mere mortals like ourselves don't understand the intricacy or technology of web management and they make it concise and clear.
