From 2008 PIS will provide energy performance certificates - mandatory for all residential letting properties from October 2008.
Inventories:
Allowing clients to protect their deposit in case of a dispute in a timely manner, PIS offers Landlords, letting agents and tenants a professional inventory service, including check ins, check outs, interim inspections, etc. Designed to resolve all disputes between landlord and tenant quickly and amicably, the company’s reports are jargon and abbreviation free, clear and easily understood. Produced quickly and accurately by expert staff using the latest voice recognition software, reports are provided in PDF format for security and can include digital photographs if required.
Energy Efficiency Reports:
Property Inventory Services can receive instructions directly from landlords or agents. There is no impersonal call centre based panel to deal with, all EPCs are delivered within the industry standard three day turn around time. PIS assessors are fully qualified with full advanced background checks by the Criminal Bureau Agency and are members of the Elmhurst Energy accreditation scheme. Full professional indemnity and public liability insurance are held.
PIS can also provide EPCs for private home owners or solicitors to include in their own HIP prior to sale.
Hours of BusinessProperty Inventory Services are open for business from 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.
