I ordered 5000 leaflets fromt his company for two very important events and were promised them last Friday. I am still waiting for a phone call as to why they are closed and there is not answer phone

Company Response :

We were contacted by a company called Print logistics for this job. They had done the design themselves but was not to spec, we would usually charge around £35 for revision to a design to bring up to spec but did it free of charge. We also told print logistics that prior to print full payment would need to be made. This was not done and therefore we could not go ahead with printing. There was a death in our close family and all of us at in the business are brothers we had to close the business for a few days as the funeral was in London.
