Founded in 1986, Principal People has more than ten years experience in the health, safety and recruitment sector, with the focus on providing Consultancy and Training to clients throughout the UK and overseas. The company is based in Chertsey.
With team of 14 fully qualified employees, Principal People has an enviable reputation as one of the only health and safety recruitment agencies operating whose consultants are qualified both in the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation, some at Diploma level) and in health and safety, mostly NEBOSH. Those consultants who do not have the NEBOSH General Certificate are currently studying for it, clearly showing their commitment to offering the best service and being able to talk to clients in their language. Principal People has a growing network of well known clients, situated nationally, including local accountants to major blue chip multinationals. The company is owned by Frances Davies who has managed the leading business for 24 years. Frances and her team are more than able to take good care of the repeat clients and new companies in health andsafety, having previously owned and run a general recruiter, First Principal Group for many years.
