Prestige Woods failed to deliver back in April 2011 and owe me a substantial amount of money. The owner Mr Dominic Barnes is back in business as Luxury Lifestyle Products Ltd hiding behind his right hand man Mr Craig Walker. I would not order from this new company when so many customers were ripped off long before his business went into liquidation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.PAID £1.247.50 for 48sq meteres of oiled oak flooring it never arrived.No one answers phone.Have contacted the police and fraud people and office of fair trading.

I would not recommend Prestige Woods. After ordering oiled engineering wood, underlay and room dividers, we had to chase daily for a delivery date, despite their delivery promise. It arriived 3 days late. When it finally arrived, the wood delivered was unfinished and no underlay or room dividers arrived. We had employed a chippie for the next day and then had to source our own underlay. Three and a half weeks later, we are still waiting for a refund for the underlay and the cost difference between the unfinished and finished wood. We have had every excuse in the book - they were burgled, waiting on a cheque book to arrive etc. etc. Fobbed off all the way.
