i would like to express my upmost gratitude to Will on reception who made mine and my families stay the best ever, i have experienced high level staff care in the past when i have stayed in 5 star hotels but this has to be by far the best service i have ever recieved. many thanks to will i look forward to coming back and staying at your hotel again. the room was fantastic and very clean the restaraunt was resonable. also thanks to Siy on nights for looking after us when we ran out of tea and coffee etc. thank you!
