The business runs seminars usually based over a day to begin with, so Power Coaching will take your employees through an Introduction to Coaching and each training session will then be based over a period of time usually 2 sessions altogether.

The company is managed by Ciara O'Mahony who has been interested in the coaching sector for many years then decided to set up her own Company. Ciara is experienced enough to manage the company, having previously worked for Paul McKenna and was trained by Richard Bandler in NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) and also Hypnosis. Although Powercoaching is not aimed at Hypnotising, or strict NLP methods the training Ciara received is still pertinent to the sector to the sector she has chosen to go into.
