Set-Up in 2004, Positive Fitness has 4 years experience in providing 1-2-1 Personal Training and Massage therapy to clients throughout Greater Manchester and the Cheshire area. Positive Fitness specialises in home visits as well as having access to a unique city centre gym.

Instructor Qualifications include:

- Advanced Personal Trainer - (Premier Training)
- Level 3 Gym Instructor - (Premier Training)
- Circuit training Instructor - (Premier Training)
- Kick Aerobics Instructor - (Fox Fitness)
- Stability ball Instructor (Premier Training)

I've had many private sessions with Jason as a personal trainer - the sessions were tailored to my needs and goals and thoroughly enjoyable. I was so impressed with his sessions I started to attend some of the many classes he teaches throughout the week. I would highly recommend his training.

I used Jason as a Personal Trainer for a couple of weeks. He was punctual and helpful. He tailored the sessions around my needs. I enjoyed his sessions and as Personal Trainers go his charges were well worth the money. Thanks.
