Pommes - Catering CompanyPommes is a catering business based in rural Carmarthenshire. All the food is homemade using local produce wherever possible. The business is owned and run by Henrietta Hensher. Henrietta was trained by a Cordon Bleu chef and has also completed a Food and Hygiene course at the Gordon Ramsay Skills Centre in London.
