Poachers Leat is ideally located in the village of Carnhell Green in the heartland of West Cornwall. This welcoming small village has a good village Inn, restaurant and PO Stores and is a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of Gwithian and Godrevy and closely located to both St Ives on the North coast and St Michael's Mount and Penzance on the South Coast.

The accommodation provides high quality self catering that is tailored to your requirements and provides easy access to the A30 and the rest of Cornwall. The Accommodation offers peace and tranquillity, views Across Carp pond and open countryside with far reaching views, which makes it unique for a calm relaxing break. Booking is available from their website at a reasonable Tarrif.

Poachers Leat is owned and run by Martin Carter who has worked within the Self Catering Accommodation trade for many years.

Poachers Leat is a purpose built fully equipped self catering holiday chalet comprising of a large conservatory lounge (with picture window over the Carp Pond) including kitchenette, there is a spacious double bedroom (with lovely rural views from the picture window to St Ives, over open fields and on to the sea) and an ensuite shower room, high level w / c and wash basin. There is a private roof terrace and an elevated timber decked patio with patio furniture and stunning views.
The lounge has a feature opaque roof which makes for a very light and airy feel to the property. There is seating in the lounge for 3, double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV with DVD and free view satellite channels (including digital radio). There is a cast iron potbelly stove for those chillier evenings.
