Set in 170 acres, comprising ancient woodland, wildflower and water meadows. There are also Trout, Carp and Coarse fishing lakes, which are free to residents.
The location is peaceful and secluded, but within easy travelling distance of the Coast, and the historic towns of Louth, Horncastle and Lincoln.

Set in 170 acres of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, there are miles of walks both on and off the farm. The Viking way runs through the farm, dogs can be accommodated in some. There is ample grazing and stabling for horses too.
On site there is the Spa Therapy Retreat, offering holistic therapies, sauna and jacuzzi for residents.
The whole site can be booked for wedding parties, or business conferences, making use of the function room and there is wireless broadband available in all cottages.
