4.7 out of 5 | I had a problem with my laptop. The maker suggested all the usual fixes, and finally one which would involve some serious tinkering! At this point, rather than use my previous engineer, I googled and found this company. There was an excellent initial enquiry form, where I could explain what I needed. A phone call later, and the machine was with them the next day, and I picked it up the following, with the fault cured. Naturally, I expected to have to get programmes and settings returned to as I wanted them, but this was not a problem, even if time-consuming for me. There was just one little 'identity' problem to fix - after some very helpful emails, whilst I could probably have done this with Steve's help, I arranged to drop it by, and it was all done while I waited. They're most friendly staff, the workshop's central, fairly easy to park, and good value for money! More importantly, they're quick, and efficient and.....vitally get back to you straightaway, which isn't so common today. I thoroughly recommend Steve and his staff! |
