Covered by full public liability insurance and CRB (police checked), Pip-A-Roo uses only products conforming to EEC regulations - ie: Snazaroo paints, brushes, glitters and powders.
The temporary tattoos are hypo allergenic and can last up to 4 days if properly cared for.
The designs for face or arm painting are endless and shy little girls are transformed into princesses, butterflies, puppies or cats, whilst those boys can be changed into tigers, dragons, robots, Spiderman - in fact, the possibilities are endless.
