I was surprised at the high level of service I received despite only making a relatively modest purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who wants old fashioned knowledge and service rather than just working it out for yourself.

Great choice of items for kitchen and bedroom [and towels. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Willing to order for you if they havn't got it. Nice atmosphere, not pushy, relaxing place to be. Good for gifts including gifts for 'people who have everything'. Quality and value. WOW

Pillow Talk is a compact, well-stocked bedding and kitchenware shop in the CPS Mall above Sainsbury's in Culcheth. I went in to find some flanelette bedding for winter, and was pleased with the range. Whilst there I bought a good quality steamer, and a thing for stirring porridge (which is called a spurtle, I think). Staff were friendly and helpful. Also worth taking a luck if you like gadgets (they have a mango stoner for example).
