Pilates with Janet Arnold - Pilates InstructorJanet Arnold is a fully qualified and insured Pilates instructor with the Body Control Pilates Association with classes in Bishop Auckland, Spennymoor, Barnard Castle, Darlington and Stockton on Tees. Janet is also qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor with the Register of Exercise Professionals. As a member of the BCPA and the Register of Exercise Professionals clients can be confident of attending a class or a private 1:1 session with an instructor who is well trained and has to keep their knowledge up to date within the Pilates sector.
Janet has completed the matwork course and the Intermediate matwork course with the Body Control Pilates Assocation. She also attends yearly 'Development Weekends' to improve and increase her knowledge of pilates and it's benefits.
