Don't normally write reviews but after a long search for someone to fix my hair after a disaster hair dye that turned my hair orange Philip reassured me that he could fix it from the moment we spoke. After two days of hair dye scissors and a very patient man my hair is looking fab. Would highly recommend a+ service thanks so much.

Delighted -I have been transformed from dull over-coloured and neglected hair (due to my determination to grow it from a choppy pixie crop to shoulder length)to glossy rich coloured bouncy locks. I look several years younger and wonder if my next cut and colour will reduce my years even more! Genius! Thank you Phil see you in 8 weeks. Jo Taylor Stockport.
Wow is the first word that came to mind after Phillip re-styled my hair. After having moved and coming to terms with needing to change my stylist I set out to try and find the best person I could (nobody wants to go to somewhere else!!) Phillip made this somewhat daunting experience a fun one! I would highly recommend him to anybody. See you again in 6 weeks Phillip and thank you again :-).

Never had a mobile hairdresser before but after my major colour disaster trying without luck to get back to my natural hair read the reviews for phillip john and he has literally saved my life haha I now have gorgeous blonde hair again and a fantastic cut to finish it off, I would highly recommend him to all my friends and anyone else who are reading these reviews, im one very satisfied customer and will continue to use him xxleannexx.

After recently moving to Stockport, I couldn't decide where to have my hair done and so relied on the internet and reviews to help me choose someone who was well - recommended and who wasn't going to cost me the world. Philip seemed to have the best reviews and when I called, he arranged a pre-meeting to discuss what I would be having done and for a very reasonable price! He was also the first hairdresser to give me honest advice about my hair. I was a little nervous about the colour he suggested as it was a bit darker than what I usually go for, but it was just what my hair needed and I think it suited me much more. My hair looked healthy, shiny and bright! I was a little nervous about having a mobile hairdresser at first, but Philip is very professional and makes you feel at ease straight away. In fact when he was leaving and I managed to throw myself down the stairs (!!) he was there to help me up at the bottom!!
My hair has also grown longer and is thicker than it was before, as promised! Will definitely be having Philip again! :).

I ask Phillip to chemical straighten my hair and its great!!! My hair used to be massive and frizzy and even when I straightened it, it went wavy again in no time! Now its soft relaxed and smooth! I can straighten my hair and it will last untill the next time I wash it, its amazing and a massive save of my time! Thankyou phillip.

I contacted Phillip after reading some reviews on here. I had coloured my own hair unsuccessfully and needed urgent help. Phillip came to the rescue and got rid of my yellow disaster with no fuss. I will definitely be asking Philip back to redo my highlights next time and to trim anyone else's hair needed in the house. As I said on his departure, Philip you're a lifesaver! Thank you.

I was looking for a new hairdresser and on the basis of the reviews I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment with Philip. I am really pleased with the overall colour and cut. He is professional. He provided a full colour consultation prior to my appointment and discussed the colour again before mixing up the colours. He also cut my husband's and daughter's hair which meant I could avoid a stressful trip to a salon with the kids.

Mt friend recommended Philip to me. I trusted him to remove my beloved 18 inch hair extensions a cut my hair into a bob! I'm so glad I chose Philip! Such a great cut! It sits perfectly, I won't trust anyone else with my hair now, plus we have a great laugh while he does his magic!
