The staff are very friendly and will explain what they are doing throughout treatment. I have recommended the services to alot of my dog agility friends and will not hesitate to use them again

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Poppy my dog had never experienced a hydrotherapy swimming session before, but Francoise took time to explain the procedure clearly to me and allowed me to be present throughout the entire session. She was very patient with Poppy and had a very calming way with her, allowing Poppy to gain from a very positive reassuring experience. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

| 3.75 3.7 out of 5 - The charge for boarding my retriever is rather high but I know that she is well cared for. We do transport her to and from ourselves. Shampooing a bit costly, would use service more if lower. Dry food good quality and advice helpful on any aspect of care.

| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - Cannot recommend Francoise and her team highly enough, the grooming was exceptional and the dogs were really well looked after. George & Sammy looked like a couple pedigree pooches afterwards.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - My dog was refered for hydro therapy after suffering with a spinal injury. My dog was completely paralized and after 3 weeks of hydro therapy and hard work from the team at the Pet health and therapy centre my dog is on the road to recovery and his quality of life 100% improved. I would recommend hydrotherapy for all dogs that are recovering from a similar condition. I also use the grooming service offered as my dog feels very comfortable with them. My thanks to all at the pethealth and therapy centre for all there support and kindness.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - I am a trustee of a dog rescue charity. We have a dog in need of long term hydro treatment. Pet health and therapy centre have given us a generous discount and the dog has therfore benefitted from more sessions than she may otherwise have had. Staff are very friendly and helpful, put you and your dog at ease. I really thoroughly reccomend them.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - My dog is walked on a daily basis, this gives me total peace of mind and I have also used the Hydrotherapy service offered. This has been of great benefit to my dog's physical health and general wellbeing. I find the services and products offered of a high standard and am very impressed by all the staff knowledge and attentive detail. I have also found the boarding service to be first class, and your pet truely becomes a part of the carers home. This service relieves you of a lot of worry about how your pet is being cared for.
