Personal Space - Personal TrainerWith all trainers having many years experience in the health and fitness industry, Personal Space is an exclusive exercise studio that provides one-to-one personal training and Pilates sessions, and remedial sports massage to clients of all ages and walks of life throughout the local area. Established in 2000, the studio is located in Redland (Bristol).
The team aims to provide a professional standard of personal training, pilates, injury rehabilitation and remedial massage which is aimed at helping clients to achieve their fitness and well-being goals. With a fully equipped ground level wooden floored studio, and downstairs pilates and massage area, combined with the commitment to only having two people and their trainers training at any one time, a non-intimidating environment has been created.
With 5 qualified trainers, Personal Space has a team with a wealth of experience in all advanced areas of personal training, such as injury rehabilitation, pre / post natal, multiple sclerosis and other illnesses, and who are all qualified at degree level and advanced industry specific standards. Co-founders of the company have both been involved with lecturing and designing courses for personal trainers, whilst one of them has gained the industry leading American Council on Exercise personal training qualification.
Hours of BusinessPersonal Space are open for business from 07:00 to 22:00 every day of the week.
