Pendger Celebrations supplies designer wedding and celebration cakes to individual and corporate customers throughout the local area. The shop, which is based in Ansdell (Lytham St. Annes), originally started out in 2011 and has 2 years of experience in the baking and cake decoration profession.
The whole cake, from first bake to final decoration, is created on the premises using only the finest ingredients and techniques to ensure a fantastic tasting cake as well as one that looks good.
The shop creates top quality wedding and celebration cakes, featuring luxurious baking quality and cream fillings. Bespoke design including colours, decoration and modelled features, the products are perfect for individuals and organisations and can be enjoyed as the centre of any celebration. The cakes are available from the shop.
The shop is managed by Katherine Emblin; whilst her husband Peter looks after the admin and business development side of things. Katherine has been working in the celebration cake business for several years and has many years customer service experience to look after the creative and operational side of the partnership. She has previously managed several retail outlets. Peter has many years of customer service and business management experience. Together their skills blend as wonderfully together as their cakes; to make the perfect business partnership.

She loves animals and as we have two cats and a boxer dog I requested some representation. What was presented was incredible. My wife was over the moon with the decoration which had a black and white cat a tabby cat and a boxer made os icing and sitting on top of the cake. If that was not enough the cake tasted fantastic and all the guests agreed. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a special cake to buy from here.

The whole experience from the initial taking of the order to the final result of picking the cake up was exceptional. The cake was delicious and the design just perfect. They have never failed to be perfect and not only is the cake amazing but they look incredible. The last slice was as fresh and light as the first, there were plenty of walnuts and the taste of coffee was just a gentle sussuration on the tongue. Bob Turner, Fareham, Hampshire.

They looked fantastic, and tasted even better. The topping was light and the cake was wonderfully moist, and they were altogether delicious.
I'd recommend them to anyone!
