As an experienced coach, he has worked in leadership development for many years, developing the PeakDepths philosophy based on his personal approach to building peak performance in individuals, teams and organisations. This work has now PeakDepths into many new business sectors.
Raising the performance of key individuals and teams, and focusing their contribution on the continuing success of their organisation through coaching and workshops addressing various situations.
Bespoke coaching programmes are designed for each individual or team being coached. They are based on the particular issues that need to be addressed, the circumstances that currently exist and the specific outcomes that are required.
Programmes can simply be built around the personal needs of the individual or team (developmental coaching), or they can be built alongside particular activities or projects that are being undertaken (situational coaching). Either way, it is performance and contribution that is being addressed, with the focus being on results.
Workshops are available around a number of topics and can run from half a day to several days. This depends on the depth the topic is to be covered, the mix of theory and practice that is required and the starting level of the group concerned. It also depends on the amount of pre- and post-work which can be undertaken by the participants.
Typical Topics: leadership, talent, performance, change, meetings, team working, coaching, creativity and innovation, communication, relationship building.
As these topics are modular in nature, they can also be mixed and matched to meet the specific needs of the client. Putting whole teams on the same workshop will provide the additional benefit of building strong working relationships whilst covering the workshop topic.
