The business is owned by Robert Shapland-Hill who has worked within the public service industry since 1986. He is well trained to run the company, having previously managed a team at a broad range of public service companies including years as a business manager for Cunard Cruise Lines. The management team working with Robert have been selected for their broad range of skills and leadership qualities. A human resources team has recently been recruited led by Mr Robin Marshall who are currently working towards an 'Investors In People' award. Mr Trevor Coles is the very capable operations manager.
