PCS Technical Services Ltd is an independent nationwide field service organisation, offering managed IT support to the Commercial, Corporate, Retail, Education and Medical sectors throughout the UK. The company, based in Aston (Birmingham), was established in 1996 and has a number of years experience in the installation, on-site maintenance and upgrade of all forms of Audio Visual solutions as well as offering a comprehensive range of consumables and spares for printers, plotters, scanners and fax machines. PCS also delivers affordable bespoke on-site break-fix and hardware solutions.

PCS Technical Services Ltd has an expanding network of clients, situated throughout the UK, including an ongoing partnership with BITS AV to install, commission and support the Royal Mail's new Mail Centre systems as well as providing services to a number of Local Education Authorities throughout the UK, including Warwickshire, Northumberland and Redcar and Cleveland. With a close-knit unit of skilled employees, PCS Technical Services Ltd has dedicated number of specialist installation engineers who can carryout a wide range of installations and provide valuable aftercare support, nationwide. Every AV installation team consists of Qualified Electricians who are not only Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) approved but also approved by BECTA (British Educational Communications and Technology Agency) as well as being manufacture trained on a wide range of products. PCS is committed to providing the highest levels of support, working in partnership with global brands including HP, IBM and OKI to deliver service promises through affordable bespoke service solutions. The incident management infrastructure, supported by dedicated service desks and a comprehensive network of logistical hubs throughout the UK, enables PCS to deliver a first class on-site service with guaranteed fix times. PCS Field Service Engineers are vendor accredited, delivering reliability and added value at all times to provide a seamless and fully integrated maintenance service.

PCS can provide an installation service for interactive whiteboards such as Classboards, Smartboards and Promethean, an extensive range of projectors, plasma screens and audio systems in either a fixed location, on a stand or trolley to allow greater manoeuvrability. Whilst the main focus has been within education, the commercial and corporate markets are becoming more aware of the need to provide these solutions for their customers as well as themselves. As part of the installation, a specialist engineer will carry out any trunking, cabling, drilling, electrical and calibration work required.
