I didn't have an internet connection so I called PCS as I could not work out what the problem was. The gentleman that called was very friendly and helpful and explained what was wrong and fixed it really quickly. I thought that the service was excellent value for money and will be calling on them again should another issue arise.

I called PCS because my computer was running very slowly. The man who called was very friendly and was able to explain what was wrong with my system in simple terms I could understand. The computer was fixed quickly and now works like a dream - and it cost a lot less than I expected.
