I contacted Farid (PCHOME UK) when my custom built gaming PC failed me: a broken power supply, which resulted in a surge causing HD failure, amongst other hardware issues.
Farid picked up the computer personally from my home on a Thursday (I do not drive) and kept me informed with timely updates as to his diagnostic results. He called to inform me of the required fixes, and agreed on the estimated prices to get my machine up to scratch.
My machine was fixed, cleaned, updated and in better than perfect order by TUESDAY - and he delivered it back to me personally, providing me with a rundown of the fixes he had made.
