1.0 out of 5 | Oh my god I never knew anyone else has had problems like me, I ordered a brand new creative 5.1 platinum fatal1ty series sound card. When it hadnt arrived on time I contacted them by email and asked where it was they said it was out of stock but were awaiting order that week I said I wanted to cancel but by time they emailed me back they told me it had been sent out that day and that if I wanted to cancel and recieve full refund that I must not sign and refuse delivery. On delivery the parcel was sodden wet the delivery driver opened package slightly to confirm what it was that Iwas refusing, it was the correct box but that was as far as we looked. i contacted them explaining my refusal and that they might want to seek compensation themselves for it being sodden. Either way they informed me I would get full refund but paypal was playing up so i had to wait for it to be sorted so I waited and forgot then when I contacted them they apologised and said it would be sent in form of a cheque or into my bank if supplied Bank details ---hahahaha not that stupid. I said cheque would be fine. guess what no replies or response to emails ringing and now their webpage has moved, Paypal informed me I was outside time to claim money back through them all because I trusted the company and waited too long.
Consumer direct told me to send the letter recorded delivery and Royal mail informed me it hasnt got there and that the Mitcham address doesnt exist. I will be contacting consumer direct again monday as £107.50 is alot to be scammed. Sam Holt - 10 Aug 2008 |
1.3 out of 5 | Bought a motherboard from them which turned out to be defective. Last contact I was told to send it back for exchange. When I tried to get an RMA number there was silence. Shortly after, their web presence disappeared...

1.0 out of 5 | These people are scammers and it is a case of buyer beware, i have not received my order dated 12th june, due for delivery in 5-7 working days, nor have i had a reply to 3 emails, nor an answer from the phone listed for garret lane nor the phone listed for mitcham. I've been trying to contact them on various numbers (the publicised 020 8640 4400 wasn't answered and repeatedly ends up at a fax machine). They sent it to the wrong address and can not get it back from said address, which is not my problem. They have failed to send a replacement and are now in breach of the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act 2000. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
