Ian was a great help in getting my old computer servicable until such time that I decided to buy a new one, which I did from Ian. He did a home call for the old one to be repaired and delivered the new one too. Great service, and nice to get an indivdual package rather than being foreced to get a standard package off the shelf with half the details and info that you never use. I will continue to use Ian again, better being a local shop than one in town and delivered installed etc at a time that suited me. I am a technophobic but the new computer is great.
