1.0 out of 5 | Very unhappy with service. I had to get another company to come and fix the problems. a conneally - 21 Jun 2008 | | | Company Response : 19th of July Ms Conneally called us to recover her lost data.
Our Engineer attended 4 times (we only needed to attend twice), last couple of times we had to attend due to lack of understanding of Ms Conneally, however we explained the works, and questioned if she was happy with the outcome. We then requested payments, which, she paid some in cash and the rest by cheque.
To ensure that the highest quality of work was carried out, our engineer installed the original recovery programme, so it remains safe.
Ms Conneally called for the 5th time with the same question, we asked for a minimum services charge which she refused to pay then she was not happy with us and stopped the cheque. |
