PC Friend was set up as a company to provide excellent customer service to all computer users. It believes that one of the most important issues is that all customers get the best possible service. The company is designed to cater for computer users of varying levels of experience, from first time users to experienced users.
PC Friend provides a reliable and cost effective solution to many of the problems experienced by computer users. This includes basic PC set-up and configuration, internet connection (including Broadband and Wireless / Wi-Fi connectivity), performance tuning computers, cleaning up and securing computers, removing spyware / adware / malware and viruses, and ensuring users are comfortable with the help and advice provided and any software or hardware that is provided.
Various types of software and / or hardware upgrades can be provided as required, such as a new version of MS Windows, security and maintenance applications, extra memory, replacement hard drives, improved video cards and sound cards, network cards and adapters.
The company can also produce CDs and DVDs from photos or videos, and music, in order to preserve special memories or for use in slide shows and presentations.
It is very important to PC Friend that the customer feels they have received an excellent service and value for money.

Jason managed to retrieve them all from the hard drive and even left the laptop in working order. Highly recommend PC Friend.

Anytime you call you will only get the best help and nothing was too much to explain any situation that needed any expertise help. Will certainly be using P C Friend again should the need arise.

Jason came to mine to do the work, changing all my saved info from an old to a replacement computer and added some extra bits. Jason came round quickly, completeed the work promptly and charged a fair price. He also explained everything clearly which for a technophobe like me, was very much appreciated. It was almost like a friend coming over as Jason not only did the work required but explained a few extra bits to help me with general computer use.

PC Friend returned my enquiry immediately, came out to my home the following evening and completed the work, re installing windows when nothing else was possible. PC Friend communicated closely with me to ensure I was involved in the decision -making process and quoted the price in advance for the work. This price was very good value. PC Friend followed up to ensure all was working and furthermore helped me re install my printer : going beyond the call of duty. Friendly efficient service. Very approachable, would definitely recommend without hesitation.

He went out of his way to make sure it all worked. I was very happy with the service.
