PBS Security is a family run business offering specialist installations and servicing to clients throughout the Lothian area. The company, which is based in Edinburgh, originally started out in 2005 and has 25 years experience in the Intruder Alarms profession. Repairs and service also carried out on existing systems.
The company is owned by Peter Bell Smith who has been focusing on the Intruder Alarms trade for many years. Having previously worked for Chubb security for 23 years, Peter Bell Smith is more than able to manage the company.
PBS Security has an expanding network of clients, including an established number of domestic intruder alarms in the Edinburgh and lothians area.
We needed to get an alarm system fitted fairly quickly and used PBS Security. Without question, PBS Security is a company that holds up the "old school" values. They are committed, hard-working and professional. PBS had to get under floors to access phone lines and they tidied up after their installation. We are very happy with our new alarm; it is simple to use and works perfectly. Aside from that, PBS also fitted a mains-powered smoke detector for us and also fixed a cabling issue with our main doorbell that had been annoying us for some time. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending PBS Security to anyone who is looking for a security system.
We have had our alarm system for about 6 weeks now and are really pleased with it. We found Peter very professional, taking into account the whole house when he recommended the system and the placing of the sensors. Peter Smith has done an brilliant job of fitting a wireless alarm system to our new home. He visited us one evening to discuss our options and gave us a price. Once we confirmed the order, he fitted the alarm within a week and did a very professional and neat job, tidying up any mess. Once we had our phone line installed, he came back out to connect up the system to our mobiles, without any charge and at a time that was convenient to us. Peter came out very quickly when our house was in a build stage and had just been broken into. He set up a basic system for protection and then came back and fitted a more comprehensive one.
