Dog behaviour therapy is available in Aberdeen and the Highlands (Ardgay, near Inverness). It's about getting to the root of your dog's problems, understanding why your dog's doing what they're doing, then following a clear, carefully explained and logical approach towards resolution.
The Pet Shop is packed with help for things like lead pulling and barking at the postman plus lots of toys to amuse your dog, and practical training aids.
The shop delivers a comprehensive range of dog training aids and toys, including gentle leaders, anti-pulling harnesses, kongs, whacky dog toys, and health items from tick twisters to doggy toothpaste. Carefully selected, the products are just right for your dog and can help with training and behaviour problems, or be just for fun. The products are available from the website, and at classes and at home visits.
Pawsability is a small company with a friendly and helpful staff. The behaviourist is fully qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Pet Behaviour and Training, and has been solving people's problems for years.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - I ordered two "lead from the front" harnesses Thursday afternoon and I received them Saturday morning. What service. These harnesses are not easy to come by, and this is my second order for them. Pawsability have been the cheapest that I have found. Please do not be put off by quality being "satisfactory". I have a one year old springer spaniel who loves to chew, and is now on his third harness. Unless its made of steel I don't know what else will stop him from chewing through the material. Anyone with springers will know how sneaky they can be. Without these harnesses I wouldn't have any arms left. Top service from a top company.

This high quality of customer service then encorages you to do business with the company. Having placed an order it is dealt with and dispatched one working day. The speed at which the order is turned around/dispatched is brilliant and that is what makes the service so good. You don't want to be sitting around for a week waiting for your order to dealt with you want it dealt with quickly which Pawsability do. Their service is as good or better than larger organisations with which they compete. I do have one criticism and that is not of their service but of their website. It would be better if it provided more information/detail on the products displayed.
