They involved external hard drive and a number of other complex PC problems. I anticipated a lengthy, expensive and frustrating struggle. The response from first contact was super-prompt and communication excellent throughout. The work done was thorough and very effective. They got back to me immediately and outlined what they could do to help, quoting a very reasonable price. The machine was picked up that evening and I was told it would take about 24 hours. Justin e-mailed me when it was all ready, within that time, reassuring me there was no lasting damage and he delivered it safely. All this was done with courteous reference to my availability and with complete efficiency. I was delighted with the smooth, friendly and helpful service and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.  Useful
