Pageant Masters - CateringOperating from Kingston (Lewes), Pageant Masters have been offering fine spit roasts for many years.
Pageant Masters have roasted everything from 740lb ox ( by Tower bridge on the 800th anniversary of the mayoralty of London ) to lamb on the occasion of a small party. Hogs are the mainstay of the operation but lamb are often asked for or for something more exotic wild boar. In fact Pageant Masters may have been the first to spit roast wild boar in this country for a few hundred years.
All products are locally sourced where practical and are in the main free range or organic.
