Our old Labrador was afraid of ladders but Paul and team carefully worked around him and fed him a biscuit to keep him happy - how many window cleaners would do that? Very thoughtful. He is dependable to do the job regularly and I use the online payment which means I dont have to make sure I have the cash to pay when the job is completed.
