OLS takes in digitally dictated work in the form of sound files and works predominantly, although not wholly, within the legal profession.
Sound files are uploaded by the client onto SafeRoute, a unique and secure encrypted server; the work is then carried out by a member of the OLS team and is then uploaded back to the client ready for printing.
OLS specified simplicity and ease of use as the key factors when designing SafeRoute and so their initial visit to the client to install equipment and train lasts an hour at most.
The company operates a trial scheme whereby potential clients who have not yet made the switch to digital dictation can try out both the unit and OLS for two weeks with no obligation simply to make sure that OLS and digital is for them.
OLS do not offshore any of their work, neither do they use call centres.
The company is delighted to carry out engrossment of documents and to transcribe conferences, along with more general work.
Holiday and evening work can be quickly arranged.
